About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a General Production Operative to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment in Cumbernauld. This is a hands-on role that requires reliability, physical capability, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling and moving large, heavy aluminium panels
* Supporting production processes on the shop floor
* Operating machinery and equipment (training provided where required)
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
* A valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
* Physically fit and comfortable with regular manual handling of heavy materials
* Willingness to work in a demanding, hands-on environment long term
* Reliable, punctual, and committed this is not a short-term or temporary stop-gap role
* Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable
