We’re looking for a strategic and creative Head of Marketing & Communications to take our brand to the next level. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead our marketing and communications strategy, oversee brand and digital engagement, and build Castle Water’s profile as a trusted and forward-thinking utility partner.

What We're Looking For:
* Strategic Leadership: Proven experience leading brand, marketing, and communications strategy in B2B or regulated environments.
* Reputation Building: Skilled in managing PR and media relations to elevate brand visibility and trust.
* Customer-Centric Storytelling: Ability to craft compelling, creative campaigns that resonate with customers and drive engagement.
* Digital Innovation: Expertise in optimising digital marketing channels and content strategy to boost online presence.
* Collaborative Influence: Strong track record of working cross-functionally and managing agency relationships to deliver unified campaigns.
* Team Empowerment: Passionate about inspiring, developing, and leading high-performing marketing teams.
Based in Blairgowrie, we value your presence in the office, aiming for two days a week onsite. With a preference for candidates with a reasonable commute to Blairgowrie, we offer a flexible and vibrant working environment designed to best support you in the role.

* Enhance Brand Reputation: Oversee PR and media relations to strengthen public perception and position the brand as a trusted industry leader.
* Deliver Engaging Campaigns: Create innovative, customer-centric campaigns and content that resonate across diverse audiences and drive measurable outcomes.
* Maximise Digital Performance: Optimise digital marketing efforts to boost online engagement, lead generation, and brand reach.
* Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment, consistency, and performance across all initiatives.
* Lead with Impact: Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team that thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
* Experience leading marketing and communications in a B2B or regulated environment
