Key Responsibilities
· Maintain and update spreadsheets (e.g., logs, reports, schedules)
· Stock Management on relevant e commerce sites
· Manage appointment bookings, liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
· Coordinate office supplies procurement—anticipating needs, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery to both locations
· Handle general administrative tasks, including correspondence (email, phone), document filing, post and ad hoc support
· Work closely with team members across departments to facilitate smooth communication and task completion
Ideal Candidate
· Strong organisational and team collaboration skills
· High proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
· Experience booking appointments and managing calendars
· Efficient and detail-oriented approach to clerical tasks
· Confident multitasker, adaptable to varying daily priorities
· Excellent communication—both written and verbal
