Job Title: Specialist Housing - Occupational Therapist

Pay Rate: £39.45 per hour
Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist Housing Occupational Therapist to join its client's Adult Services and Health team.
This role focuses on delivering expert occupational therapy interventions to support individuals with complex housing and accessibility needs, enabling them to live safely and independently in their homes.
What will your responsibilities be?
Complete strength-based assessments in line with the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation
Work in partnership with individuals and carers to develop person-centred care and support plans
Recommend and coordinate the provision of equipment and structural adaptations to meet assessed needs
Collaborate with housing teams, contractors, and community partners to ensure effective service delivery
Manage a varied caseload in accordance with Adult Social Care priorities and council policies
Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding, legal, and funding processes
Engage in ongoing professional development in line with Allied Health Professionals Council standardsRequirements
Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
