WE'RE HIRING: Class 2 Drivers (Saturday & Sunday) - IMMEDIATE START!
A brand‑new company in the logistics sector is growing fast - and we're looking for reliable Class 2 Drivers to join our weekend team!
Location: North West
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Minimum 8 hours per shift
Sunday Bonus: Additional £20 paid on top of hourly rate
Shifts: Saturday & Sunday only
The Role:
You will be responsible for collecting and delivering laundry to various Travelodge sites across the North West.
* Approximately 7-10 drops per shift
* Handball involved (loading/unloading bags of laundry)
* Working independently with support from a friendly operations team
* This is an IMMEDIATE START role for the right candidates
Responsibilities (Class 2 Driver Duties)
As a qualified Class 2 Driver, you will be expected to:
* Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle in line with UK road laws
* Complete multi‑drop delivery routes efficiently
* Carry out pre‑ and post‑vehicle checks
* Ensure all goods are secured safely
* Load and unload laundry items (handball required)
* Communicate professionally with customers and depot staff
* Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
* Report any vehicle defects immediately
* Uphold company standards for safety and customer service
Requirements:
* Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
* Valid CPC and Tachograph card
* Previous multi‑drop experience preferred but not essential
* Good communication skills
* Reliability and a positive attitude
* Able to commit to weekend work
