Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Generate invoices for clients in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate credit control records and follow up with clients as needed.
* Keep and update cashbooks and perform bank reconciliations as per relevant procedures.
* Assist with Purchase and Sales Ledger entries for both internal purposes and external clients.
* Monitor and update calendars based on upcoming tasks, ensuring all deadlines are met.
* Adhere to compliance requirements.
* Work accurately to meet strict targets and deadlines.
* Keep inboxes across the group up to date, completing daily reconciliations.
