Are you a safety-driven professional with a strong electrical background and utilities site experience?
We’re working with a leading infrastructure contractor to recruit an experienced SHE Advisors for a long-term contract based in South West England.
Contract Length: 6 month rolling contract (Opportunity to become a permanent role)
About the Role:
As a SHE Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring safety, health, and environmental compliance across active utilities and electrical construction sites. Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting regular site inspections and audits
* Supporting incident investigations and reporting
* Promoting a proactive safety culture across teams
* Ensuring compliance with company and legal SHE standards
* Delivering toolbox talks and safety briefings
* Collaborating with site managers and operatives to improve SHE performance
What We’re Looking For:
* Must have experience working on utilities sites (e.g. power, water, gas, telecoms)
* Strong electrical background – ideally within infrastructure or construction projects
* Proven track record in a SHE role within the construction or utilities sector
* In-depth knowledge of UK HSE legislation and best practices
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
