About the Role As a Tutorial Facilitator/Personal Tutor, you will lead the design and delivery of a high-quality tutorial programme that enhances students' professional behaviours, personal development and wellbeing. You'll work closely with the Personal Development Tutor delivery team, Learner Services and Curriculum Leaders to ensure the tutorial framework is impactful, inclusive and aligned with the NCG Guarantee. Key Responsibilities Lead the creation and implementation of a tutorial programme that supports student development and wellbeing. Deliver group tutorials to a caseload of students, promoting high professional standards. Collaborate with cross-college teams to develop engaging resources and enrichment opportunities. Monitor and report on the impact of the tutorial programme, using feedback to drive continuous improvement. Represent the college in communities of practice to enhance tutorial provision.
