Location: Cranleigh,Surrey
Salary : A GBP 26,951 : A GBP 27,976 per annum and A GBP 650 night waking allowance n(25 days holiday plus public holidays)

Are you looking for a rewarding permanent role where you can support adults with additional needs to feel safe, supported and at home?
The Lodge is a supported living house in Cranleigh, part of St Josephs Specialist Trust. Their tenants include adults with autistic spectrum disorders, learning difficulties and communication needs.
They are looking for a caring, empathetic and resilient person to join their dedicated night team. No prior experience is necessary : youll receive excellent training, a full induction and ongoing mentoring to help you succeed.
What the role involves
* Working night waking shifts (37 hours per week, year:round) on a rota basis
* Supporting tenants if they wake during the night, ensuring they feel safe and at home
* Providing reassurance and guidance when tenants feel anxious or frustrated
* Using positive behaviour support techniques (full training provided)
* Building trusting relationships that help tenants live fulfilled and independent lives.

* A GBP 1,000 retention bonus : A GBP 250 after 1 month, A GBP 250 after 1 year and A GBP 500 after 18 months (subject to tax and NI)
