We are seeking two friendly and professional Receptionists to join our clients team for a temporary assignment in Guildford over the festive season. Position Details:
1. Location: Guildford
2. Dates: 12th December - 30th December (Including weekends)
3. Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Sunday: 11:00am - 3:00pm
4. Days Off: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day
Key Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist, you will:
5. Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism
6. Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
7. Manage bookings and appointments seamlessly
8. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
9. Support general administrative tasks as needed
