Key Responsibilities:
You’ll manage a varied portfolio of UK corporate and fiduciary clients, delivering high-quality administration and outstanding client service. Responsibilities include client onboarding, incorporation processes, coordinating board meetings, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records. You'll also support team training and technical development.
Key Skills:
The ideal candidate has experience in UK corporate services, is studying or qualified in CGI/STEP, and has knowledge of the UK Companies Act. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication are essential.
