Overview
We are changing the way we operate, so we can truly have clinically led operationally partnered, patient driven services with a relentless focus on quality, safety whilst maintaining financial viability. This has created in each care group a number of care units, each one using a tri‑partite leadership model to enable us to provide the very best care. This has created the opportunity for an Associate Director of Nursing and AHP post within the Mental health care group. This post is open to both Nurses and AHPs.
