We’re not just your average health company; we’re aiming to revolutionise access to healthcare in the UK by offering innovative health and wellbeing solutions that are affordable, accessible, and effective. From preventive care to comprehensive medical support, we aim to empower individuals to take charge of their health, inspiring them to make the most of their wellbeing. Added to that, we’re the first health insurer in the UK to be awarded B-Corp status in recognition of our significant achievements in sustainability, in addition to our ambitious environmental and social responsibility goals.
Our Events Team offers an incredibly diverse range of events: dinners, gala balls, awards, hospitality, seminars, exhibitions, charity events, festivals, and week-long conferences. Traveling all over the UK and Europe, our team manages the end-to-end event experience, providing an opportunity to see the entire lifecycle of each event from conception to completion. 3. Work closely with key stakeholders across all business areas to ensure campaigns and communications are delivered consistently and cohesively.
4. Host and manage events, liaising with all key staff, venues, speakers, and suppliers.
5. Take ownership as project manager of event attendance, creating support materials to increase participation.
6. Ensure the safe delivery of all event collateral and equipment, including building and dismantling stage sets and operating AV equipment.
7. Manage relationships with external agencies such as venues, merchandise providers, entertainment companies, stand designers, and AV providers, ensuring they are fully briefed and meet success criteria.
8. Research and source speakers, including clinical, motivational, keynote, celebrity, and professional speakers, to meet event objectives.
9. Create evaluation surveys to measure campaign success and provide regular reports to leadership.
10. Stay updated on regulatory changes and develop supporting events accordingly.
11. Line management of Event Executives.
