A client of ours in the Rougham area, Bury St Edmunds are recruiting a Sales Coordinator to join their team ASAP! This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours) and paying up to £14.35 per hour (£28,000 per annum) depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Sales Coordinator role will include but are not limited to:
* Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
* Processing sales orders and preparing quotations
* Managing delivery logistics and liaising with couriers
* Working closely with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met
* Supporting Technical Sales Engineers and the Sales Manager
Skills and experience required to be considered for this Sales Coordinator role:
* Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving ability
* Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly
* Experience in internal sales or manufacturing (desirable)
