The Salary: £25,000
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5:00pm. Fridays are a 2pm finish!
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to customer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
* Preparing and issuing accurate client quotations
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
* Carrying out general office administration duties as required
About You
* Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role is preferred
* Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems
