At Fresh People we are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator to join a dynamic team within the fast-paced fresh produce sector. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, consistency, and engagement throughout the business. Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance to managers and staff on a range of HR matters including employee relations, absence, and performance Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions and exit interviews Maintain HR records, documents, and internal systems to a high standard Produce regular HR reports and support audits Ensure all internal policies are communicated clearly and adhered to Assist with internal projects and staff events, promoting wellbeing and engagement Uphold GDPR standards and maintain strict confidentiality What Were Looking For: At least 2 years experience in a generalist HR role CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence in using HR systems and Microsoft Office A team player with high ethical standards and a proactive attitude This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-driven business where people matter.
