Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored academic support during Maths lessons
* Deliver targeted small group sessions and 1:1 interventions
* Collaborate with teaching staff to implement effective support strategies
* Help identify learning gaps and support individual progress
* Encourage a positive attitude towards Maths and promote student engagement

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic graduate with:
* A minimum 2:1 degree in Mathematics or a related subject (e.g., Physics, Engineering, Economics)
* Strong numeracy skills and confident subject knowledge
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, professional approach and passion for education
* (Desirable) Previous experience working with young people – tutoring, mentoring, or youth work
* Clear ambition to pursue a career in teaching or education
