Requirements
* Proven experience in an automotive main dealer environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Technical competence (NVQ, ATA, HFC or similar)
* Full, valid driving license with fewer than 9 penalty points
Responsibilities
* Assisting the Aftersales Manager with personnel management and service department operations
* Organising and optimising available resources to deliver exceptional customer service
* Leading by example to motivate and develop your team
* Ensuring the dealership's aftersales operations are efficient and profitable
* Building long-term relationships with customers through excellent service
* Demonstrating technical product knowledge and effective communication
* Identifying opportunities for process improvements and waste reduction
* Supporting colleagues with knowledge, skills, and expertise to enhance business performance
The salary for this position is £37,440 basic with a potential OTE of £45,000.
