What You’ll Be Doing: Drafting and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and forms with accuracy. Managing client files from start to finish, ensuring all records are up-to-date. Preparing financial documentation, including billing. Organising case files using our electronic case management system. Providing reception cover during lunch breaks. Supporting the wider team with varied administrative tasks in a busy, full-service legal environment. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Legal Secretary. Familiarity with legal documentation and terminology. Proficiency in electronic case management systems. Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
