We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed SEND Teacher to join a well-established and inclusive school in the Croydon region. This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled SEND practitioner or a teacher eager to develop further expertise in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
The successful candidate will support pupils with a variety of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning needs. You will deliver personalised, engaging lessons designed to support both academic progress and social-emotional development.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to EHCP outcomes
* Establish a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with the SENCO, support staff, therapists, and external agencies
* Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress
* Implement individual education and behaviour support plans
* Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with pupils with SEND
* Knowledge of EHCP processes and inclusive teaching strategies
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A patient, adaptable, and resilient approach
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
