Who You Are We are looking for dedicated, professional individuals with strong customer service skills. An SIA license is preferable, though not mandatory for the right candidate. However, a valid DBS is mandatory. Experience in concierge-based duties, First Aid Training, and Fire Marshalling is advantageous. What the Job Involves The key duties include: Hourly patrols of the buildings Hourly reporting to a 24/7 control center Incident reporting Risk identification Customer relations Shifts are 12.5 hours long, including a 30-minute unpaid break. There are morning shifts from 08:00-20:30, and night shifts from 20:00-08:30. The schedule follows a rolling rota of two day shifts, two night shifts, followed by four days off, averaging 42 hours per week. Additional shifts may be available to cover for annual leave and sickness. Staff must arrange their own transportation to their assigned site.
