Under the direction of the Team Leader, aiding in the efficient production of Poultry diets in accordance with the Transport schedule and to the standards laid down by the Mill Manager.
Liaise with Mill operatives, other Team Leaders, Maintenance Staff, Drivers, Cleaning staff, Raw Material Department Staff, Farm Managers, Office staff and the Mill Manager
* To gain a full understanding of poultry in MP.
* Contribute to that department/ add value by developing requisite skills in this area in line with MP competency framework.
* To work in a manner that actively seeks to reduce any negative environmental impact in relation to the processes and procedures operating within their area and across the wider business e.g. reduction of waste, recycling etc.

1. Responsible for the sampling and intake of Raw Materials to the quality standards laid down by the Raw Material Department and Mill Manager.
2. To ensure the Blending binds are kept charged with Raw materials either from the intake or via the Grinder
