Overview
This is a casual, part-time Bank Senior Care Assistant role at a Barchester care home with flexible working. You’ll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. The role involves supervising and inspiring a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, and supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. You’ll respect the dignity and preferences of residents and contribute to a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment.

About You
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant. You should also have knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for warm-hearted, compassionate team members committed to giving each resident individualized care and support. There are opportunities to develop your career through ongoing training; many Senior Carer Assistants progress to Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing roles.
