The Growth Company (GC) Employment team has an exciting new opportunity for an Office Administrator to deliver effective administrative support and ensure contract compliance of paperwork related to GC contracts.

Our highly skilled advisers and keyworkers work with a range of individuals, from those recently out of work to those with complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health, and debt.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain paperwork and electronic records to ensure high contract compliance, including auditing electronic systems against paper records, and ensuring files meet contract KPIs and processes.
* Check evidence for contractual compliance prior to submission to funding bodies.
* Work within strict data security protocols and maintain accurate petty cash records and processes.
* Provide general administrative support, handle telephone referrals and inquiries, manage front desk inquiries, and greet visitors.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure procedural compliance and effective caseload management.
* Stay informed about contract changes to KPIs and communicate updates to providers.
* Communicate professionally and informally with the public.
* Ensure smooth office operations through effective time management.
* Raise payments and purchase orders using internal financial systems.
* Coordinate with internal finance departments and systems.

Skills Required
* Methodical approach with attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent IT skills.
* Experience working with customers facing multiple barriers to employment (e.g., offenders, disabled individuals) is advantageous.
* Ability to meet challenging targets and KPIs.
* Flexible approach, including willingness to travel.
