An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (5–6 years’ PQE) to join its growing Employment team. Key Responsibilities
*
* Advising employers on a wide range of employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, redundancies, TUPE and organisational restructures
* Managing Employment Tribunal claims from initial instruction through to resolution
* Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, settlement agreements and related documentation
* Supporting corporate transactions through employment law advice and due diligence
* Providing commercially focused, strategic advice tailored to clients' objectives
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Contributing to business development activities, including networking, client training and seminars
About You
You will be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with approximately 5–6 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law and will possess:

* Strong technical expertise across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
* Experience managing xsngvjr a varied caseload with minimal supervision
* Excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong client care and relationship management abilities
* A proactive and commercially aware approach
* The ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
