Theatre Practitioner RGN/ODP Orthopaedic Scrub at Leicester Hospital – Permanent, Full Time, Including weekend work. Salary up to £46,250.00 per annum depending on experience. 37.5 Hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Work in a multi-disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
* Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities.
* Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team.
* Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting.
* Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based.
* Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, including Surgical First Assist training.
Qualifications
* Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HPC).
* Relevant qualifications and experience for a Scrub Nurse or Theatre Practitioner (ODP).
Experience
* Post-registration experience.
* Passion for high standards, meticulous eye for detail, focused, flexible, motivated team worker.
Person Specification
As a Scrub Practitioner or Theatre Practitioner (ODP), you will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, employ best practices, and uphold high standards of patient care.
