Developing the team to reach their full potential Training new team members and being responsible for their onboarding. Coaching the team members based on your experience in Sales. Communicating clear expectations and following up on KPIs. Improving existing processes and developing new ones to drive efficiency. Developing sales plans with the BDs, monitoring the progresses. Hiring new BDs Performing data analysis, supporting BDs in strategic clients' meetings. Requirements: A bachelor's degree 5-7 years of sales or marketing experience.
