Responsibilities
Kingsway Group are looking for a strategic and hands-on Global Head of Marketing to lead the development, execution, and optimisation of Kingsway Group’s marketing strategy. This role is central to building brand awareness, driving lead generation, and strengthening our position as a thought leader in the mental health sector and custodial sector.
You will oversee a growing global team and work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact, data-driven campaigns that engage our target audiences—from NHS Trust and MoJ decision-makers to architects and general contractors.
* Marketing Strategy: Own and execute the marketing strategy focused on omnichannel presence, audience targeting, and lead generation.
* Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team (in-house and external).
* Campaign Management: Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, PPC, LinkedIn), email, events, PR, and content.
* Thought Leadership: Develop Kingsway Group’s thought leadership positioning through whitepapers, webinars, and industry partnerships.
* Marketing Automation: Manage the implementation and optimisation of marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce) for lead nurturing, segmentation, and reporting.
* Content Management: Oversee content strategy including blogs, case studies, product videos, and landing pages.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Finance and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions and alignment on go-to-market plans.
* Event Management: Represent Kingsway Group at industry events and trade shows, both online and in person.
* Performance Metrics: Set and track key KPIs including MQLs, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and brand visibility metrics.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing role, ideally within healthcare, construction, or design industries.
* Strong grasp of digital marketing channels and tools (especially LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email automation, and SEO).
* Hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce (or similar platforms).
* Demonstrable ability to generate leads and nurture them through the funnel to conversion.
* A strategic mindset with an eye for creativity and brand-building.
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, values-driven, growth-oriented environment.
* Proven leadership experience to drive a high performing team.
* Willingness to travel across UK&I, US and ANZ as required.
* Strong analytical mindset; confident interpreting data to drive continuous improvement.
* Experience in the healthcare clinical, architecture, construction, or security hardware industries.
Tasks
* Maintain an accurate representation on all customer engagements and activities on Marketing Cloud (CRM)
* Domestic and International travel required to meet and exceed customer requirements (Full driving licence required.
* Attend internal & customer meetings as and when required.
* Complete relevant reporting requirements
* On occasion be expected to enter mental health and custodial/prison environments
* Attend industry exhibitions and represent Kingsway
