Inbound Customer Service Agent - Dutch Speaker Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inbound Sales & Customer Service Agent. Responsibilities As an Inbound Sales & Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming calls for both sales and service inquiries.
Managing service requests using the client's application system.
Generating sales by understanding customer needs and creating desire for products and services.
Cancelling, modifying, or confirming existing bookings.
Upselling additional products, services, and extended stays.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
Fluency in Dutch and English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A natural ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
Professionalism and emotional resilience.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
A customer-centric approach, aiming to surprise and delight in every interaction.
Previous experience in customer service or sales roles (essential).
Familiarity with call centre practices and KPIs (preferred).
