Our client is one of the UK's leading app and technology companies with a range of successful wellness apps focused on positively impacting people’s lives. We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Content Marketing Lead – CRM & Lifecycle to own and drive the execution of their CRM and content strategies.
You’ll lead data-driven campaigns, create engaging content and collaborate cross-functionally to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention.

You’ll play a key role in establishing and growing their CRM platform, with key responsibilities being;
~ Lead the planning, creation and delivery of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app), ensuring alignment with lifecycle goals. Oversee execution from ideation to testing, launch, performance tracking and continuous optimisation.
~ Performance and experimentation: Develop and implement a robust test-and-learn approach using A/B testing and data insights. Analyse campaign performance across key engagement and conversion metrics to continually refine strategies and increase impact.
~ Strategic content plan: Own the CRM content calendar, ensuring all messaging aligns with brand voice, user journey stages and broader business objectives.
~ Cross-functional collaboration & content creation: Work closely with marketing, product and design teams to deliver impactful communications and writing engaging copy on emails, product updates, newsletters, blog posts and social content.
5 years experience in CRM marketing
~ Data-driven and analytical mindset
~ Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across audiences and channels
~ A passion for technology, user experience and the health tech space
