The Role
We’re looking for an Associate Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll support the growth and development of key client accounts, ensuring project requirements are met with precision and care. You’ll play a vital part in coordinating offshore consultants for high-value projects across global locations, delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and develop a portfolio of key clients, understanding their needs and delivering outstanding service.
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with our Survey division.
* Maintain regular communication with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and rotation planning for offshore consultants.
* Support compliance, documentation, and project administration with accuracy and efficiency.
* Represent Hydro Energy Group at client meetings and industry events.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in account management, recruitment, or client services (offshore/technical industries preferred).
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, consultative approach.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* IT proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems).
