Your new company A well established food manufacturing business in the Downpatrick area is seeking an NPD Technologist to join its growing innovation team. It offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where innovation, quality and customer requirements are central to operations.Your new role As NPD Technologist, you will play a key role in supporting the development of new and existing products from concept through to launch. You will work closely with internal departments to develop recipes, prepare samples, organise factory trials and ensure products meet customer, process and legal requirements. The role involves managing development projects, maintaining accurate documentation, sourcing ingredients and supporting cost optimisation initiatives. You will also take part in product tastings, benchmarking, and continuous improvement activities, ensuring strong communication across teams and with customers throughout the development life cycle.
