Overview
Role: The main purpose of this role is to support in the day-to-day running of the services provided by CGL (Change, Grow, Live).
Responsibilities
* Providing 1:1 key work sessions including reduction advice and recovery planning
* Increase service user access and choice
* Ensure effective case management and coordination
Time commitment
Minimum 2 days a week and cover when needed, Monday – Friday.

Change, Grow, Live (CGL) is an organisation that provides help and support to adults, children, young people and families. Their services cover a wide variety of areas including health and wellbeing, substance use, mental health, criminal justice, domestic abuse and homelessness.
