Your new role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment and facilities. You will work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 2 days and 2 nights. You'll be part of a skilled, cross-functional team responsible for planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly impact the reliability and productivity of the bakery process systems, helping to minimise downtime and optimise performance.Key responsibilities include:
1. Performing planned maintenance and reactive repairs on production machinery and site infrastructure
2. Diagnosing faults quickly and implementing effective solutions
3. Supporting shift engineers and collaborating across departments
4. Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene
