Overview
We're seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with Defence/MoD experience to support a secure communications and network transformation, focusing on service migration, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead stakeholder engagement across Defence, System Owners, and MSPs
* Coordinate migration planning for legacy communications and network services
* Identify and support delivery of enduring technical solutions
* Manage delivery tracking, dependencies, and progress reporting
* Produce monthly burn-down charts and highlight reports
* Use MoD tooling (e.g. POL, ARM, Dependency Tracker) to manage progress
* Track savings from decommissioned services
* Support governance, reporting, and communications across stakeholders
* Provide evidence against defined acceptance criteria
Required Experience
* Proven Technical Delivery Manager experience in MoD or secure xsngvjr environments
* Strong background in telecoms, network migration, or service transformation
* Experience working with Defence stakeholders and MSPs
* Familiarity with governance, reporting, and dependency management
* Experience using structured delivery tooling and reporting frameworks
