Overview
We are currently seeking temporary Care Workers for one of our clients at Domiciliary Care Services, Oxfordshire, across the following postcodes: OX16, OX15, OX26, OX25 and OX7.
Role Details
Care Workers will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to service users in their own homes. This includes supporting daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication assistance, and promoting independence and wellbeing.
Working Pattern
* Flexible shifts; 6:30–21:30, 24/7 domiciliary care
* £11.00 per hour + 45p per mile petrol
Key Responsibilities
* Follow individual care plans and risk assessments
* Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
* Support with medication and daily routines
* Maintain accurate care records
* Report any changes in service users’ needs
* Promote safeguarding, dignity, and independence
Requirements
* Previous care experience preferred
* Good communication and written English skills
* Understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding
* Ability to adapt and respond to service user needs
* Up-to-date mandatory training (Moving & Handling, First Aid, Medication, etc.)
