Then you’re the perfect fit for our Pre-Opening Team as Regional Sales Manager.
This is your opportunity to be part of something new from day one – contribute your sales expertise and shape the success of our hotel openings with your personality, experience, and network. You will take ownership of your regional sales area, focus on corporate and MICE segments, acquire new customers across Europe and represent the brand at trade shows and sales meetings.
You’re fluent in German and English, and names like Protel, Nexus, Lanyon, Ratefinding and MS Office don’t scare you – they empower you? Then we can’t wait to hear from you!
Your core responsibilities:
* Develop new B2B business relationships and manage accounts across Corporate, MICE, Extended Stay, and Consortia segments
* Take ownership of the UK sales territory and support cross-selling throughout Europe
* Actively acquire new customers and identify untapped revenue opportunities
* Represent the hotel brand at trade fairs, events, sales trips and client meetings
* Collaborate with regional sales, revenue, and commercial teams to achieve budget goals
* Maintain and optimize customer data in CRM and sales tools
* Host FAM trips, sales events, and client showcases
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
