Key responsibilities include: Carrying out gas and oil servicing and maintenance work Responding to maintenance callouts as required Communicating effectively with management and surveyors Identifying and itemising required works within customer properties Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard Adhering to company data protection procedures Travelling throughout North & South Down when required Supporting the wider team and business operations as needed What You'll Need Essential qualifications and experience: Gas Safe and/or OFTEC qualifications NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent Eligibility for OFTEC and/or Gas Safe registration Completed oil training courses: 101, 105, and 600 Current gas qualifications such as CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, MET1, or equivalent Valid CSR Card or formal Health & Safety training Full UK Driving Licence Previous experience within the construction or plumbing & heating industry Health & Safety Responsibilities Following all health & safety procedures and regulations Reporting accidents or health & safety concerns appropriately Reading and complying with all risk assessments and safe systems of work Following correct manual handling procedures at all times Successful applicants may be required to complete an Enhanced Access NI check as part of the onboarding process. Additional role-specific training may also be provided where required.
