Their goal is to help provide direct access to the best legal advice in a fast and cost-effective way. As part of their rapid growth they are seeking ambitious individuals with an interest inlaw and the legal sector, and enjoy solving problems and dealing with customers.
The Role and Responsibilities
You will be fielding leads over telephone, email or live chat from members of the public seeking legal advice or representation. Your job will be to gain an understanding of their needs and to quickly match them with the appropriate legal professional, and where possible convert the lead to a successful introduction.
