About the Company:
Our client is a well-established and respected flooring company based in Loughborough, with a strong reputation for quality products and excellent customer service. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a motivated Junior Salesperson to join their team.
The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in sales. The successful candidate will work closely with and shadow the Company Manager, gaining hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of the flooring industry.
Key Responsibilities:
. Shadowing the Manager to learn all aspects of the business
. Assisting with customer enquiries and sales orders
. Learning about flooring products, materials, and installation processes
. Supporting day-to-day sales and showroom activities
. Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
. Developing product knowledge and sales techniques over time
The Ideal Candidate
. Eager to learn and develop a career in sales
. Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
. Well-organised with good attention to detail
. A positive attitude and strong work ethic
. Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
