About the role We’re hiring a Team Leader for our Brighton-based Seller Sales team. This is a rare opportunity to join an established operation with a strong track record, but where we’re now ready to raise the bar. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of Sales Agents, supporting daily performance, and driving continuous improvement through effective coaching, motivation and management oversight. We’re looking for a confident, hands-on people manager who knows how to get the best out of a sales team. This role is not a stepping stone into people leadership - it’s designed for someone who already has the fundamentals and is hungry for a bigger challenge. You’ll bring energy, accountability and a strong coaching ethos, helping us build a high-performance culture and set the standard for the future. What you’ll be doing Own the day-to-day running of a high-performing sales team - a team of up to 14 Contact Centre agents Drive individual and team performance against a range of KPIs Coach regularly and effectively to build skill, resilience and accountability Use data and dashboards to manage the team – spot trends, address issues, share insights Deliver 1-2-1s, performance reviews and development plans that have real impact Manage attendance, adherence and wellbeing in a fair, visible way Collaborate cross functionally to drive improved business outcomes Bring energy and creativity to drive motivation and results Take ownership of issues, initiatives and working practices Work as effectively and collaboratively part of a broader management team About you Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader in a contact centre or fast-paced sales environment Comfortable leading from the front and holding people accountable Strong coaching mindset – knows how to build capability Resilient and action-oriented – works at pace and keeps things moving Good commercial understanding of how contact centre sales performance links to wider business goals A data-literate operator who can use insights to make better decisions Positive, driven, and able to influence others across teams You’ll thrive here if You want to make your mark on an established team You value ownership, autonomy and trust You believe that coaching is more than a buzzword You like being in the thick of it - making decisions, solving problems and leading from the front You want a role with clear potential to develop further Our interview process Initial Screen – 30 minutes Hiring Manager Interview – 60 minutes Written task Shift pattern Monday to Friday - 8:45am to 5:30pm
