CNC Machinist Required! Our client is an established manufacturing business, producing specialist metal components and assembly solutions to a range of industries. On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes to ensure efficient production in line with the build plan, maintaining high-quality standards, and maximising machine utilisation and output. Ensure machines run efficiently with minimal downtime and support breakdown resolution. Carry out job and tool changes, ensuring smooth production flow. Produce and gain approval for first-off and in-process quality checks in line with procedures. Support new product introduction by manufacturing prototype and development parts. Maintain accurate real-time production records using the Mietrak MRP system. Monitor tooling levels and request replacements to avoid disruption to production.
