HR Business Partner role supporting a southern England health trust. We are seeking an experienced HR/OD professional to lead on employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, learning & development, and organisational development within the Care Groups.
You’ll be a trusted advisor, working strategically with senior leaders to deliver the trust’s People Strategy and Being Brilliant Programme – driving positive change, shaping workforce transformation, and ensuring great leadership supports the delivery of high-quality patient care.
With line management responsibility for Assistant People Partners, this is a fantastic opportunity to influence culture, build capability, and support continuous improvement across a complex, unionised healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead on employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, learning & development, and organisational development within the Care Groups.
* Act as a trusted advisor, working strategically with senior leaders to deliver the trust’s People Strategy and Being Brilliant Programme.
* Drive positive change, shape workforce transformation, and ensure great leadership supports the delivery of high-quality patient care.
* Line management responsibility for Assistant People Partners.
* Influence culture, build capability, and support continuous improvement across a complex, unionised environment.
Qualifications
* Chartered MCIPD (or equivalent experience).
* Strong expertise in HR/OD at a senior level within a complex organisation.
* Proven experience in employee relations, organisational change, and workforce planning.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
