* Role: LEVEL 3 Teaching Assistant
* Hours: 32½ hrs a week
* Term Time Only
* Grade: G5 (£26,409 - £30,060 Pro-Rata)
About the Federation

Responsibilities
* Support children with complex additional needs, including those with SEN, ADHD, Autism, SEMH, and Communication and Interaction needs.
* Work within specialist provisions, supporting children to make progress and enjoy learning.
* Motivate and excite children about learning, fostering independence and creativity.
* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive learning environment.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience working with children with SEN needs, including ADHD and Autism.
* Knowledge of attachment-aware and trauma-informed practices.
* Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative.
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and resilient with a professional curiosity.
