We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our sales team and contribute to our innovative environment within the technology industry. We are looking for people who are eager to make a significant impact.

Salary: Upto £50,000 with Commission.

About Role

As a SDR, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities over the phone, email, and digital channels. You'll manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, while nurturing strong relationships with prospective clients.

Key responsibility:

* Proactively research and identify target businesses within our ideal customer profile
* Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers
* Clearly articulate the companies value proposition and qualify interest
* Book qualified appointments for the Senior Sales Team to drive revenue growth
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
* Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs on outreach activity, appointments booked, and conversion ratios
* Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
* Represent the Company brand professionally and with enthusiasm


The right candidate:

* Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales (telecoms or technology sector desirable)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive approach
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage high-volume outreach effectively
* Resilient and target-driven with a proactive, can-do attitude
* Confident using CRM systems and sales engagement tools
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
