What You’ll Be Doing
1. Leading lessons with pre-prepared planning
2. Providing classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
3. Running small group interventions and supporting SEND pupils
4. Helping with behaviour management and pastoral care
5. Working hand-in-hand with teachers and support teams
What We’re Looking For
6. A qualified HLTA or experienced teaching assistant confident leading lessons
7. Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
8. Experience working in UK primary schools
9. Someone dependable, flexible, and calm under pressure
10. Bonus if you’ve got SEND, phonics, or EAL experience!
