We seek to appoint a Music Teacher to join the school from January 2026 on a full or part time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will receive a welcome bonus of £2,000. We welcome applicants who are experienced or new to the profession and full or part time applications.

Job Responsibilities
* To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for pupils and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.
* To monitor and support the overall progress and development of pupils as a teacher/form tutor.
* To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.
* To contribute to raising standards of student attainment.
* To share and support the Academy’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
Job Requirements
* Qualified to degree level in a music based subject or adequate post degree conversion course.
* Qualified teacher status.
* Ability to deliver high-quality lessons in music to pupils of all ages and abilities.
* Experience of teaching music throughout the Key Stages and securing good outcomes.
* Knowledge of requirements of the Music Curriculum and developments and initiatives relating to the subject and its implications for pupils
