Interaction Recruitment are seeking a motivated and commercially savvy Branch Manager with experience in the roofing supplies industry to spearhead our clients expansion.
Salary: £45k to £55k Per Annum + Bonus
This role involves:
1. Identify and win new trade customers in the local roofing industry
2. Build strong relationships with contractors, roofers, and builders
3. Drive sales and lay the groundwork for a new branch location
4. Work closely with the directors to plan and launch the branch
5. Recruit and lead a high-performing team once the branch is open
6. Take full ownership of branch performance, service, and growth
