The role ensures people practices are compliant, commercially aligned, and centred on colleague experience.
Skills Required
* Proven experience as a People Partner/HR Business Partner at senior management level.
* Strong employee relations case management experience.
* Demonstrable experience delivering organisational change.
* Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills.
* Experience using People metrics and data to support business decisions.
