We are growing and seeking a Vice President to join our team in Europe (working 100% remote OR out of our London office).

We are looking for someone who:
* Demonstrates expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and requirements for health technology assessment, evidenced by relevant publications
* Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis (systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons, external control analyses, surrogacy analyses) and economic model development and supporting studies (utility modelling/mapping, expert elicitation)
* Understands the strengths and limitations of approaches and proposes solutions tailored to research questions
* Can clearly explain study rationale, methods, results, and strategy to teams, clients, and stakeholders
* Aligns business and team development goals, proactively identifies new business opportunities
* Collaborates across units on strategy and execution
What you can expect day to day:
* Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and financials
* Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions
* Reviewing and signing off on deliverables
* Managing client relationships as a subject matter expert
* Leading team development, mentoring, and fostering feedback culture
* Participating in strategic planning and resource discussions
* Developing processes for research team operations
* Supporting communication within teams, resolving conflicts, boosting morale
* Providing methodological input and approving proposals
* Building trusted client partnerships and driving new business
* Identifying growth opportunities and hiring needs
* Travel may be required domestically and internationally
Requisite experience and qualifications:
* 15+ years’ experience in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership with proven success
* Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, biology, or related field
* Experience leading research teams
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
